It’s All Related - Check Out Magnum’s Contest
It is truly amazing how our subconscious is stamped with various images. And how we perceive, feel and document different moments in our life according to what we have been subject to visually. I am really enjoying Magnum’s little contest of paralleling painting and photographic imagery.
These are my favorites so far. -
Yeondoo Jung’s Wonderland
Yeondoo Jung creates some extremely fun projects. With Wonderland he takes the fantastical world of children’s drwaings and recreates them in a photographical world. Jung’s Documentary Nostalgia is also very enjoying to watch and the stills are beautiful.

UnCritical Mass
The UnCritical Mass is now up. There’s a nice list over at Liz Kuball’s blog of a bunch of photographers that weren’t picked up by Critical Mass. My favorite is Carrie Ford Hilliker’s work. I’m really digging the Desert 1 series.
