James Pomerantz – Agua Sagrada

This is a really wonderful series by James Pomerantz. Agua Sagrada captures bathers in the light of natural subterranean bodies of water called cenote in Mexico. I really love the empty space and the positioning of the swimmers, they look as if they are hovering or flying in a void. You can find a nice little interview with James at Rachel Hulin’s blog about this series and some talk about his work in general.
