I have recently discovered Maleonn‘s work and well let me tell you that I feel like I have been missing out on something really good. Based in Shanghai, Maleonn creates these wonderful fantasy, dreamy intricate worlds – sometimes, surreal, sometimes eerie but always very intriguing. The image above is from his series Journey to the West.

There is also a very nice read at Camera Obscura, written by Maleonn himself, of an extended view and thoughts of his series Postman.
